Main Tasks:

• Quality assurance of financial market data
  • analysis of data errors
  • correction of data errors
  • data cleaning
• Constantly improving data error detection techniques
• Written and verbal communication with external stakeholders (e.g. clients, stock exchanges, data sources) both in German and English
• Financial markets related data mining activities
• Supporting other TeleTrader departments with data-related questions

Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English
• Educated and experienced in one of the following areas: Economics, Business, Finance
• Strong understanding of the financial markets, especially financial market data and various asset classes (stocks, bonds, funds, derivatives, etc.)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn an unfamiliar software and/or technology
• SQL know-how preferred
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with peers
